    Hello!

    The page https://supportcandy.net/support-ticket/ stopped receiving a one-time login code. After clicking the “Sign-in using one time password” button, a field for entering a code appears, but the letter does not arrive by email.

    When sending a letter to support via email [email protected], an automatic notification with a ticket number does not arrive.

    Please check your technical support service. Perhaps there was a glitch in it.

    Hello Vadim,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

    I checked the issue and found that it is working fine for us. I created a ticket using email piping as customer and got the notification, also I received the notification for OTP.

    We checked the mail logs and found that you tried two times and a notification has been sent to your mail. Please check your spam folder and other folders as well. Also, try with a different email for testing.

    I checked Exchange Online: today’s email inbox trace does not contain your emails. There are no letters in quarantine. There are no letters in spam or trash either.

    Sent trace contains a letter sent to you yesterday with the status “delivered”. Subject of the email: Error in the search, sent from the same email by which the one-time code was requested today. Also sent trace contains a letter sent to you today with the subject: Test 14:09, but from the email address of another employee.

    Please clarify at what time your mail server sent me letters?
