• We’ve used Supportcandy for 4-5 months now and must say it’s a solid plugin – it pretty much works out of the box and it’s fairly easy and intuitive to use and train (12 people). We’ve had a few minor issues which were quickly resolved by good support staff (only thing is that if you have an emergency it may take 12-24 hours for email response). I would say that it’s quite configurable – we use it with Gravity Forms, WP Mail SMTP – it’s all easy to integrate. The email configuration is always tricky with these hi-email-usage systems, but SC has done a good job making it less painful. It has all the bells and whistles for notifications and reminders, and other custom needs that RMA systems needs.

    Overall, very happy with SC as an RMA system, one of the best plugins we’ve installed, especially for its functional complexity and configurability.
