• I used Easy Media Gallery Pro plugin for a year and it worked flawlessly. It suddenly stopped working and said the license had expired even though it should work indefinitely on a site on which it’s originally set up. Whether the problem was with the plugin itself or the fact that the site was just moved to a cloud-based server, I’m not sure, but after 2-3 back & forth emails, Which Ghozylab responded to within 1/2 hr each time I wrote, they went on my site and quickly fixed the problem.
    Any site will have its problems, but I’ll always opt for a company that proves first rate support for its customers to get them up & running again in a hurry.

  • I’m having basically the same issue in that I moved my site to a new server (and hence a new IP address). Now the license won’t enable and my galleries are not being displayed.

    You give them 5 stars – I give them 1, and would give them 0 if I could. Not a happy camper here.

    Also, you say you’ve gotten good support – well it’s the weekend here now, so my site is messed up for the next 36 hours minimum. But I’m not so hopeful about their support as a previous support request I submitted was NEVER answered despite repeated attempts on my part to engage them. ??
