Best theme I’ve ever had and support is amazing

  • This is by the the most customisable theme, you really can have your website exactly how you want it.

    Support is phenomenal. Truly. They consistently go above and beyond.

    Hi Simon,

    I was sorry to see this as we take support very seriously. Then, I dug into your topic: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/project-site-layout/

    It seems the longest you had to wait for a reply was ~3 hours, and some replies were within 10 minutes.

    Our target is to answer everything within 24 hours.

    I’m very happy with the level of support that was provided in your support topic – the response times were well within our target, and the topic was resolved.

    Redesigning a site can be stressful and frustrating. One thing that may help in the future is to do it on a staging site – that way your live site won’t be affected, and it will make the entire process much more enjoyable.
