• For basic, written courses, I guess it’s OK.

    BUT:
    – if you want to pre-register users for a course before it’s content launch, you have to reset the progress
    – certificates generator (premium extension) is very basic, does not allow regeneration/correction for user issues
    – video courses are buggy (some users do not see the completion button)
    – support is not the best, I got topics for weeks opened on their forum and nobody helps, or the reply is mediocre/evading the real issue

It’s a bad experience for me, won’t chose this for future projects, that’s for sure, will try others, hopefully they are more reliable than this.

  • Hi RwkY.

So sorry for the inconvenience you had. Hope you give us a chance to assist you.

    – We haven’t received any topic from you about this issue, can you say more clearly about “pre-register users for a course before it’s content launch”, do you want to give the users to access the courses before they are published? [ email and admin login ask deleted ]

    – Now the certificate add-on doesn’t support to edit the certificate after the student get it because it is generated by PNG format so you can’t edit it.

    – About the video course, now the plugin only support to complete the course via the lessons, so you need to add the videos to the lessons so the course can track the progress via the lessons. That is our default settings.

    – About your topic on our forum, because of some changes in business, we can’t follow your old topic to check, this is our mistake, so sorry for this inconvenience. Please create a new topic on our forum so we can continue help you check it.

And with the features the plugin doesn’t support now, you can send us an advanced request, our developer will help you implement it.

    Best Regard.

I am closing the review to comments. Previously there was a conversation that can be summed up like so.

    – The reviewer is a pro user via add-on extensions. Reviews like that are fine; the author upsells.
    – The author attempted to provide support here.
    – A conversation about support ensued.

That’s not appropriate here. I’ve restored a reply from the author and removed an admin ask and posted email.
