Support useful in importing reviews

**UPDATE**
The app kept taking me to Shopify so I deleted the token to see if that would help but then my reviews kept showing up on my site yet not in the Judge.me app. I reached out to live chat and Jess resolved my problem patiently as I didn’t know how to do some steps myself. I really appreciate the team at Judge.me for their dedicated support! Thank you so much!
We are migrating from Shopify to WP with Woocommerce integration. The reviews wouldn’t import properly and I wasted an hour editing the product_id but luckily Victor helped explain that I needed to go to the plugin dashboard first and synchronize the products before importing my CSV file. It was easy and quick! We have been using Judge.me for 3+ years and had no issues so we’re happy to keep using them. My only current issue is that the widgets don’t appear properly but I trust support can help me fix this problem too.
