    Hi @childnutritionsolutions ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Since you are using WP Sync for Notion (Free Version), it only supports importing Notion pages, but it won’t import them exactly as they appear in Notion. The free version pulls in text content from your Notion pages but does not import the full layout as seen in the link you shared. However, you can import some rich content blocks such as toggles, embedded elements, or callouts (you can find the full list in the documentation link you provided). This is why you’re only seeing an empty page with your header and footer.

If you need more advanced syncing capabilities, such as importing Notion databases, mapping fields to WordPress, and structuring your content dynamically, the Pro version supports these features. However, even with the Pro version, it will not import the exact same Notion page layout—the goal is to transfer data, not front-end design.

So, if you are trying to use our plugin to import the exact same template from Notion, unfortunately, that won’t be possible. Keep in mind that we don’t manage the front-end—our plugin helps you import data into your WordPress backend, including some content blocks. From there, you can use tools like Elementor or Gutenberg to properly display and format the data on your site.

Let me know if you have any questions or if you’d like guidance on how to best use the plugin for your needs!

    Best,

Thank you for your detailed response, Cristian! I am definitely interested in your plugin and the Pro version. However, I have a few questions that I need clarified:

    1. Can you confirm that your plugin imports back-end data but does not support front-end styling? If that’s the case, does it mean that while the plugin will sync the content, I will need to stylize and format it myself? If so, do you have documentation or guidance on how to do that?
    2. Are there examples of other sites that have used your plugin to sync their content while customizing the styles themselves? If possible, could you share those examples?
    3. I noticed the message stating “14-Day Money Back Guarantee.” Does this mean that if I subscribe and am unable to achieve my goals, I can receive a refund within 14 days?

Thank you once again for your detailed answer, and I look forward to your follow-up.

    Hi @childnutritionsolutions,

Thank you for your follow-up! I’m happy to clarify your questions:

    ? ? 1. ? ?Back-End Data Import & Styling

Yes, our plugin focuses on importing content into your WordPress back-end, but it does not handle front-end styling. This means that while the plugin will sync your content, you will need to format and style it yourself using tools like Gutenberg or Elementor. To help with this, we have some guidance available on our?YouTube channel, which walks through the process of setting up and using the plugin effectively.

? ? 2. ? ?Examples of Websites Using Notion WP Sync

Here are a few websites that use Notion WP Sync to import content while customizing their styles:

    ? ? ? ? ?Szene Hamburg

    ? ? ? ? ?4Growth AI

    ? ? ? ? ?Mentor Project - Innovation Lab

Each of these sites has integrated Notion content into WordPress and applied their own styling.

    ? ? 3. ? ?14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Yes, our 14-day money-back guarantee means that if you test our plugin and find that it does not meet your needs—even with our assistance—or if the feature you require is not supported, we will issue a full refund within the 14-day period.

Let me know if you have any further questions or if you’d like assistance setting up the Pro version!

Hi Cristian, I have one more question. If the back-end content is imported to my WordPress site, can a user on our end interact with that content and transfer it back to Notion? For instance, we want to customize a task manager through Notion, have the back-end content synced to our WordPress site, and allow users to check off assigned tasks on our WordPress page. Will Notion be able to recognize that a task has been completed when a user checks it off?
