Support to hide posts with no thumbnail image

Hey!

There are two options:

1. use a thumbnail of your own for all the blogposts that don’t have an image, so that those related posts have a default thumbnail that you provide in your plugin settings or,

2. move those blogposts into a new, special category and then exclude that category from showing up related posts (also in your plugin settings). But be aware that those excluded blogposts won’t be showing up any related posts at all, as well as that they won’t be recommended forward as related posts in non-excluded blogposts.
