    Hello,

    I am a paid subscriber of GeoDirectory, it’s good that you moved your support from forum support to support ticket system!

    However, it’s now nearly a week that I sent a support ticket about the Booking Marketplace addon to know how users (vendors) can manage their post type availabilities.

    I guess I have been patient enough and since my subscription is expiring soon (first week of February), I am questioning myself if I should renew the subscription due to the lack and delay in support!

    I see only one ticket from you from yesterday and it was replied to within 2 hours, please check your spam folder. Unless your issue with with the core GD plugin then please keep support on our site. We are not allowed to provide any other type of support on these forums as per WP.org rules.
