1) Unfortunately I’m not going to add RTL support simply to avoid any conflicts with themes. WPUM utilizes very minimal CSS just enough to make it look decent with themes. If the theme is properly coded, the theme itself should enforce most of the styling onto the plugin.
If the plugin’s elements still need adjustments you can either do them yourself if you have any CSS knowledge or hire someone that can do it for you. Modifying and/or removing the plugin’s css is very easy.
