Support that works

I’ve been developing with WordPress for over 5 years. I have submitted numerous support queries in the past to developers with no or very little interaction or reply. This morning I had a question for the guys at Smash Balloon and sent off a form to support. I got a personalised email back with steps on how to solve my issues.
