Support team on email quit responding

After sending a support ticket, and getting someone on the job, they fail to read emails properly, take days to respond and have now stopped replying at all. This plugin is fkn expensive, and the issues caused by it is affecting my web sales, customer interactions and look and feel of the site. I expect for the money you pay, they can at least get on top of support. I want to cancel the premium subscription, and get a pro rata refund, but apparently that’s not possible. As and Australian, dealing with an Australian based company, I expect more. Either fix the issues, or refund the rest of the subscription
