Support tab does not appear

  • I have an active HappyFox account and have successfully installed the plugin and connected with my account. All API keys, AUTH codes, and forms have been added to the plugin dashboard and I have selected the tab to display on all pages. My page and site caches have been cleared, but no support tab.

    Any advice would be appreciated.
