Support Supervisor Can’t Access Tickets

Hi, as an admin on my website, I can see the toolbar with the logo and number of tickets and access them perfectly fine. When changing other users to “Support Supervisor” or “Support Manager”, they can see the toolbar and the number of tickets, but when they click on it, they’re just redirected back to the main page of the website. Any ideas?
