Great plugin

  • I used to use the free version of the plugin and it was really great, so I decided to upgrated to the pro version. It adds a proffesional look to any website. I had an issue with some photos, but thanks to their support the problem is solved. Thank you!

    Sorry sir you are fetching issue. I checked your ticket we replied each day even ticket created Saturday we replied Sunday then each day. We sent screenshot few times can not access your url.

    You made a test with a page where I never had a problem. As I mentioned, the problem is on products with only ONE IMAGE. It appears on variable products:?https://www.4nomadsperu.com/product/bolsa-de-dormir-tucson-national-geographic/?and also on simple products:?https://www.4nomadsperu.com/product/silla-de-playa-portatil-national-geographic/

    I’m willing to change my review and rating, as long as I get a solution for a problem your plugin is causing. If you want to, I can record a video showing that the problem dessapears when I desactivate your plugin. Don’t missunderstand me, I really like your plugin and I want to keep it on my site, just want to solve this issue on products with just one image.
