Support Sucks

  • I think this is probably one of the best IDX plugins for wordpress. However, their support is really really really bad. I’ve sent about 6 message in a few different ways to support and they don’t respond. You have to wait until you can get someone on the live chat and then they do reply but don’t expect good follow-up.
