Support sucks

  • The theme looks very promising, but they do not answer support questions within 96 hours (I got the agency bundle).

    My apologies for inconvenience. As you can see from our other reviews we often get very positive comments about our support generally.

    Could you please provide your ticket number so I can track the status?

    Hi @sujaypawar,

    sorry for the late response, I was on vacation. Meanwhile I found a solution for the problem I had with Astra by myself. Maybe I’ll get a better experience with my next support ticket ??
