So far the support team have been pretty much useless, I have one response asking for more informaiton, which I provided, and have had no reply. My questions/support queries are not that difficult, so was hoping that I could get some help here.

    Question 1

The ProductX grid has the option to show Categories for each product, but rather than create a link back to the page you’re on, and show just the categories selected, it uses the WooCommerce product-categories page, which is a rubbish user experience, how can this be changed, other than removing the link. This feels like an incomplete feture at present.

    Question 2

I have a specific page with products of a specific category, using the feature in the grid component. I then want to be able to filter products, but would like to make a filter available for only the sub-categories, which is the only way this really makes sense, why would you restrict the grid, and then the filter be able to show all categories? You can do this but it doen’t work, as the original grid is restricted to a specific category. So how can you deal with this?

I don;t think that this product reallty consider how it migth be used and consider some very basic, and expected examples, which is shame, as the ‘feature’ list doesn’t relly indicate any restrictions or limitations, or provide a list of things that don’t work as a developer would expect.

  • Hi,

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Your feedback is valuable to us, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay in responding to your queries. Rest assured, I’ll personally look into your case and ensure that you receive the assistance you need promptly.?

Now, let’s address your queries one by one.

    Question 1:

To resolve this issue, you can utilize our Archive Builder templates. Additionally, the Archive Builder offers a conditional option where you can specify conditions for when the template should be displayed. Here’s a screenshot for reference.

    Question 2:

To better understand your query, it seems you’ve added a row in two sections of your page and included a grid and filter block. When viewing the page, all categories are displayed, despite specifying a specific category in the grid. Since these are separate blocks, all categories are shown. However, after discussing with our developers, they informed me that in the feature there is an option in the filter block where you can select which category you want to display. I’ve attached a screenshot for you to identify the issue.

I hope this feature resolves your concerns. Let me know if you need further assistance.
