I can select and send teicket in Support Staff

Goodevening,
First of all i want to thanks the dev team of this plugin, really awesome! I have one serious problem, i cant select and send the email in support staff (Assigned To).
But first lets describe the steps that i do :
– I am admin (oirginal admin) in wp theme.
– I create a new user with full capabillities “admin” role (named as user)
– When i am inside in the new role of “user”, i create a new ticket, but not allow me and not give me the option to select the “support staff”, (send in the original admin in website) but allow me to select my self (user) and send with email in my self.
– The same process happened even if i login as original admin and send a ticket to the new one.Below is one screenshot, now i am inside in the “user” and not give me the abillity to select the “Support Staff”, but allows me to select and send the ticket (via email) in myself.

My settings :
– Default Assignee -> original admin
– Original Admin : Can Be AssignedHow can fix this?
