You’re right. We should have been able to get back to you sooner and we’ll try to improve this in the future.
The ticket arrived at the end of our work day Thursday and we’re not really making it clear that we’re not working Fridays. Again, this is something we’ll try and improve in the future so you or our other clients don’t have to go through something like this.
This wasn’t helped by the fact that the issue itself was rather hard to debug and it was probably caused by database memcache on the server side. We’re still investigating to see if there is something we can improve on our plugin side so if something like this fails perhaps we can detect it in the plugin and give better notifications to our users.
Again, I’m sorry you had such a bad experience and we’ll try and do better in the future!
