Support seems to be non-existent

The plugin was easy to install and configure, but I have some basic questions on how to take advantage of it. Support seems to be impossible to reach. The forum has almost no replies to any questions in the past 9 months. If you think you might need help, I’d consider another product. I am looking for alternatives now.
