First, let me say that we do our best to provide you this free plugin and free support, next to working as a busy design and development agency here in austria ?? In order for us to keep development and support running, please provide us with some important information when you open a ticket.

2) Search in the support forum, if your problem has been discussed alreadyIf we see support questions that are answered already or are described otherwise, it may be that you don’t get an answer or only a link to these resources…
3) Provide a link to a screenshot of your settings and describe what you would like to achieve / what does not work as expected along with your posting
