Support Response Times

Since the first day we released Events Manager in 2008, we have provided free support on the .org forums. This is something we’ve done before there were ever any proceeds from our Pro version which followed in 2012.
We always maintained the goal to provide a free plugin along with free support. That hasn’t changed to this day, however over the past couple of months you may have noticed a lack of reply from us on these forums.
This is not because we have stopped caring or wanting to provide support (nor do we intend to, end goal is the opposite in fact!).
Due to our recent 6.0 update, the subsequent success of that along with our new additional Pro features, and meantime the many new features we have in the pipeline, we have not had as much time as usual to provide free forum support. Remember that this is FREE support, and we must prioritize our paying customers along with our overall commitments to the whole plugin development ecosystem.
We hope that over the coming weeks and months this will change and we will resume regular monitoring of these support forums. In the meantime, we ask and thank you for your patience!
We will act upon known bugs, we may not always be able to acknowledge them here since we also have Pro customers requesting the same.
Do also rest assured that we will revisit older topics and hope to address them all ASAP!
