    Sterndata,

    I totally understand and viewed this approach as only a last resort to get support for my client and had I received any sort of response from them over the last 2 weeks I would not have taken such drastic measures.

    That said, I feel that potential users of the free version should know if support for the pro version is lacking. It really shows the type of company AATeams is. Am I wrong?
