    Hi Cookiebot-Team,

    I’ve been waiting for 1 week now for someone to answer my support request #58146, which I put to you via your “Help Center” / ticket system. Even after repeated inquiries (see also support request #58457) I don’t get any response.

    When can I expect feedback and a solution to my problem?

    After 15 days (!!!) I have received no answer, reaction or anything else from the Cookiebot-Team. Even after my repeated inquiries (by ticket, via the WordPress forum and also by email) it seems that they are ignoring any contact.

    Sorry, but that’s not particularly customer-friendly. As a monthly paying customer with multiple projects at Cookiebot, this is very frustrating …

    In any case, could someone from the Cookiebot-Team please respond in some way and provide feedback on our problem?

    Does anyone else have an idea how to contact the support team if they don’t respond to support tickets and email inquiries?
