I am your customer, I bought a Premium license in April 2020. Now I have a problem with your Wordfence. My site is a marketplace and I noticed that when vendors enter their store they can’t insert text because the save changes button is locked.
I tried to turn off your plugin and saw that after every thing works. Dokan plugin technicians also told me the same thing that wordfence give this problem.
Also, a very serious thing that I have reported to several wordfence emails that my profile for Premium support is blocked or non-existent since last year. But no one ever answered me.
If again I will not have any response I will turn down Wordfence and put another plugin to protect the security of my site and have more constant and ready assistance.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
