Unable to make this work.. do you have a support page.. best would be to be able to download a sample json file into Elementor. Maybe tutorials with words.. explaining what you do and why that is.. These silent (with annoying elevator music) rarely help.. tuts with voice over are always the best…. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUslpzyxgxc.

    Also I get this error:

    Warning

    Hi,

thank you for contacting us, we really appreciated it.

Here are some answers for you:

    1. Support Page: before we had a support form for the Free version on the plugin web guide, but we preferred to take that away because we thought that users could write here in the support forum so everyone else could see if a problem noticed/solved could also be the same of theirs. We will probably add in the Free version an integrated support form so a user will be able to contact us directly from the plugin.
    2. Sample json file: that is a very good idea, thank you for sharing your thoughts. We will surely work on something like that and add it for everyone in future releases.
    3. Tutorials with words: we will add more videos on our channel in the next weeks. About video WITH words: well you hit a funny point. English is not our mother language and, even if one of our team member is half-English, we all think that nobody in the team has, let’s say, a good radio voice for a public video… we are a bit shy for this topic ??… but we will see if some courage will hit our hearts and maybe do as you suggested.
    4. undefined variable: we will immediatly investigate and solve this error as soon as we can and release a rapid fix. We will leave this topic open and close it when the fix will be released.

Thank you so much @ianstudio you have been very precious and if you’ll have anything else to share with us, don’t hesitate to contact us here or at [email protected]

    Our best regards,

    The Webineer Team

Thanks, still cannot make it work, though at least the error disappeared, is there any way to have hands on help directly in the website I am trying to test this on.. of course I cannot give you the login credentials publicly here.

Could be that the Free version is so limited it makes it very confusing to understand what this thing can or cannot do as is.
