Support Outstanding, Plugin is Awesome.

I primarily use NextGen Gallery with LRC (Lightroom Classic) to sync photos for display on my website. I tried other plugins but experienced sync issues. NextGen Gallery worked seamlessly. Where I did have issues, it was based on my use of the application and learning how to use it. The documentation is helpful, but the support team is outstanding. The NextGen Gallery support team is responsive and provided detailed technical resolutions and advisement for any and all questions I had. If I asked for a capability beyond the plugin, they were transparent to that effect but also provided other options based on what I was trying to achieve. I literally asked 30 + questions to tweak my gallery over time and the support representative responded to the thread in entirety. I’m truly amazed at the level of support, and I say that trying not to be overly dramatic, this team is real and cares about their customers. They worked with me for over 2 months to resolve my issues and questions.

The plugin itself is also excellent, very fun to play with and I’m truly happy with the results and customizations the app provides. I’m looking forward to learning more.
