    Hello,
I don’t know where else to ask for support than here because I see you actually replied here on questions asked on another topic. I have sent two emails to your support, once through the plugin on my website and once by using your website support page.

I am a long time customer of SEO Booster Pro, I actually bug tested it for you when this plugin was disastrous. Now it is working much much better and probably because of that you changed licensing. And that is my question. What happened to the old users who bought a plugin several years ago and who bought a lifetime license. How do we get plugin on new sites we make? I didn’t find any info about that? Or we no longer have a lifetime license?

    Hello Dadaas

How are you? Thank you for contacting me. I just made a test and it seems I do not receive emails in general – I am looking into and fixing this problem now.

I changed the licensing system a while ago since I had a lot of problems with the previous system. I have sent out several newsletters informing people of that and asking people who bought before to please get hold of me.

I looked up your email in my email log and I sent you a license key directly. Please let me know if it does not work and feel free to close this ticket if it works for you.

    Have a nice day.

Yes, emails are working properly now and I got a license key. But where should I put that license key?

Hello Dadaas – Please install the free version and click the “Account” under “SEO Booster” once installed. There you can enter the license key.

There are more detailed instructions here with screenshots: https://cleverplugins.helpscoutdocs.com/article/5-installation

Yes, nice tutorials, but the account field is missing if you install the plugin from WordPress. And it is not asking to enter any license key anywhere. It only asks if you wish to upgrade.

    here you show account link

But that link is missing when you install the free version, so how can you activate license if the account link is missing?
