It seemed like you have continuously created some spam content in our forum, as a result, the system blocked your account for 24 hours.

That is why we keep asking our users not to create multiple thread or replies.

Thanks, but I don’t understand why doing a follow up in my posts opened and asking for help is considered as an spam in your system. Your free plugin support says that you provide with fedback in 24 hours, but my questions have been ghosted for weeks. I guess you need to look into your customer service policy and adjust your systems accordingly.
