    We purchased your pro plugin and have sent you 4 emails with questions regarding your plugin. It has been almost a month and STILL NO RESPONSE!!!

    They’ll get into real trouble if they support customers here. That’s not permitted for any developers.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Jan – I already sent 4 emails to them using their /contact page. That would seem obvious. That is the reason I created this thread is so that others also know they are not responding at all and not to purchase their pro plugin.

    Jan: And what about the freee plugins that are clearly without support and without updates for a long time? Why don’t they unsubscribe from the WP library? So no one else uses them and avoid future headaches? Isn’t there a policy about it?

    This product is abandonware. It is best to find an alternative.

    Do you believe developers are forced to support opensource code? No one is compelled to do anything here. While it is nice when they do, it is 100% acceptable if a developer never replies on this site or has zero interaction with users.

    It’s free opensource code on this site. Please set your expectation appropriately and do not think anyone owes you anything. They don’t and you are not owed even a reply.

    OK, that’s enough. These forums are not a blog and that’s insulting. I am closing this topic to new replies.

    1. If you are a user of this free, opensource and completely supported for free plugin and on people’s unpaid free time plugin and you are not satisfied with it then find a new plugin.
    2. If you are this developer’s customer? Do not bring it here to this site. That is not appropriate.
