support not replying for refund

  • I bought an addon but it didn’t have the features I wanted, the site says 100% money back no questions asked, but they have not replied after almost 2 weeks.

    No, they are not the same but you do upsell in the plugin and in the plugin page so this review is 100% valid.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales or refund topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
