Support not possible for premium plugin

Hi there, we’ve got a restricted website with BuddyBoss and LearnDash for our community with different onlinecourses. Now we have issues with scheduled actions on subscriptions (paid plugin!) and cannot open a ticket or the chat within our WooCommerce Account.
We get this: “We couldn’t get the System Status Report from your site. Please try again. If the error persists, choose option “Enter website address manually” in the Website dropdown and provide the System Status Report manually.”
Is this a joke?
We wrote an email to WooCommerce but didn’t get an answer.
