Support Not Available?

  • Following your own support guides, the Support Tickets page shows an unparsed shortcode ([ticket-submit]) with no way to actually submit a ticket.

    A link on the Support Tickets page mentions the Support Forum on WordPress; the link is wrong and leads to the support forum for BookPress.

    On the Contact page, you have a link to Contact Accounts, and that leads to a 404 (https://wphrmanager.com/contact-accouts/).

    I have submitted a ticket through Freemius but I’m not sure you all read those or not.

    It also appears that you haven’t answered any support tickets here for several months.

    Could you please correct/elaborate on how to actually get in touch?

    The contact accounts link still goes to a 404. Is support available for your product? We have received billing notices but nothing from support.
