    We bought the pro version of this plugin and we sent a support request for a shortcode, we didn’t get any answer.

    It seems you missed the email we sent you?

    we replied to you about 6 hours after receiving your email.

    I found the email you used is your enterprise mail, maybe it is not stable to receive our mail? We just sent you mails again to contact you. We send mails to your enterprise mail and gmail.

    Hello, I cannot see your emails and usually the answers from the support appears on the ticket that I open here in this WP forum..
