    Hey There,

    Disappointed to see such a review on the forums. Could you please let me know your ticket id so that we can get it addressed rightaway?
    We are available throughout the week from Monday to Friday with weekends being off. However, we do reply to urgent and time sensitive tickets on weekends too so not sure why you felt that we haven’t been responding since we changed our pricing model.
