    I bought the most expensive version of the plug-in ($200++).
    At this price you expect to be able to use the plug in.

    The problem is that the support never answer to you. I got the plugin more than a week ago and I have still trouble to set it up.

    I sent many messages to the support that never answer (I’m still waiting for the answers) when it says they reply in maximum 24h, they don’t. Most of the problem they say that we have to figure it out on our own.

    E-Commerce:

    The E-commerce is great but you apparently can’t set up shipping cost depending of areas, it is either flat rate or % which is not very helpful.

    Also you have to hope your customers will buy from only one country because you can only set up 1 pricelist per gallery, which means that you can get screwed with shipping if people from different country buy your products.

    Fortunately there is the 30 days warranty that allows you to get refund because this first week was a lot of time lost for me. I’m still hoping for answer from support but I think I’ll get refund and find another solution.

    First of all, we wanted to apologize for the unusually big delays between our support team’s replies being short staffed for almost a week due to worldwide Covid situation. That’s something we would rather avoid but in these uncertain times that’s almost impossible to predict so once again – sorry that it caused this specific experience with us right after the purchase.

    Regarding your product related feedback. We agree that NextGen Pro as of now has this limitation which allows to only set a flat rate or percentage rate for the shipping price. Improving the shipping system is indeed on our agenda.

    The above being said, we have decided on fully refunding your purchase.

    Thanks for you answer Mihai, I just think I would have use it if it has more option for shipping (per country, per weight, etc…) and also if we could add more pricelist / product depending on the countries as well).

    Appreciate the time you took to answer though.
