• I ordered the $99 plugin and specifically I needed to be able to do multi-day events and recurring events.

    I discovered the following bug: If you search for a multi-day event without selecting the first day of the event (ex day 2 or 3) then the event does not display.

    If you search for a recurring event (e.g. every week) other than the first occurrence (e.g. week 2 or 3) then the event is not displayed.

    I contacted support who initially told me “that’s normal, that’s how the software works, if you want it to work differently you need to make a customisation request”.

    I insisted, explaining that this was necessarily a bug and absolutely not “normal”, and the response was “give me a day or two to check with the developers and I’ll get back to you”.

    Today is 7 July 2023 and their last message was dated 7 June. I’ve sent 11 reminders in between, and no one has ever replied.

    I opened a new ticket on 23 June, and I still haven’t heard anything.

    Is anyone still alive? Is it just a scam, given the price?

    I’ve tried everything, and I have no choice but to leave such an unfavourable review when I’ve seen a new release that doesn’t solve the problem at all.

    Yes, this plugin is faulty, it has enormous limitations and the support team has no interest in neither helping nor responding to questions.
