• I have used Updraftplus for a long time with no issues, it worked great. I just started having some issues with it backing up completely, so I went over to support for help. I never received any help. I am actually still waiting for a reply and its been 3 days. I am currently using the free version, and I will not upgrade to the paid version ever if the support isn’t going to be given with the free version. I am waiting on this backup to complete my redesign on my website. I am now disappointed and frustrated. I will have to switch plugins if no one with updraftplus is willing to help me. UPDATE: I have deactivated the Updraftplus plugin and purchased a new backup plugin for my site due to the lack of support.

    Looking at your support thread – I can see that you posted on a Friday. Our paid support team got back to you on Monday when offices opened, which I think is very reasonable when offered as a free service.

    Looking at the log you’ve posted …

    … the problem there is that your web hosting has intermittent connectivity problems connecting to Google.
