Support Needed – Can’t submit ticket

    Hi,
    Your support system for tickets is not working!!
    I have been using Foo Events and the calendar for some time with no issues. However beginning last night, some events that I recently added are not showing up in my calendar in certain places.

    For Example on this page https://myelectricaleducation.com/ the events on 4/22/21 do not show up. They do show up on this page https://myelectricaleducation.com/product-category/ceu/. They also do not show up on this page https://myelectricaleducation.com/calendar-view/

    In all cases I am using the shortcode [fooevents_calendar include_cat=”ceu, other-classes”].

    When I am logged in to the admin account in WordPress, all classes show in all places but when I am not logged in, the classes do not appear.

    The classes are all published, public, in the ceu category. I have cleared my server cache several times but to no avail.
    I have upgraded to all the latest versions of your plugins to see if that would resolve however I am running Woo 4.8 since you and several other plugins I have do not yet support 5.0
