    We purchased the paid version and have yet to receive a reply to our inquiries.

    Is there an easier way to get support, like a forum or chat?

    I know your site says “superb support!”. Just looking for other options.

    I’m sorry, but the author cannot support you here and I’ve archived the replies.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
