Support? Multisite? Response

Hi, I’ve purchased this $100 and sent two contact messages via the website (I can’t raise a support ticket – no authorisation ). Apologies for raising on a public platform but I would like a response ASAP
This isn’t working – and I suspect that this is due to a multisite setup using sub directories. I’m trying to link
Multisite A/subsite 1 <> Multisite B/subsite 2
They aren’t configuring and not identifying the token / passcodes etc.
Is this expected? Is there a way around this.
If the multisites were structured on subdomain – would it work?
Are there any suggestions? Otherwise I would like to have a response and money back please ASAP
