I was under the impression that support managers and supervisors can see all tickets. Unfortunately, this doesn’t happen, and my supervisors and managers can’t see tickets assigned to agents.

I edited their roles and given them full capabilities for the ticket system but they still can’t see anything.

Any idea what might be wrong?
EDIT: I also just noticed that removing the “read_others_tickets” from an agent’s capabilities doesn’t actually forbid them from reading others’ tickets. Please help.

Did you try enabling “Agents see all” in the advanced settings?

Yes but that has the effect of even agents being able to see tickets not assigned to them.

I want supervisors and managers to see all tickets (so they can assign and manage them), and agents to see only tickets assigned to them.

That’s a good point you’re raising. Indeed there is currently no option for that. What do you think should be done? Add a new option like “Managers/Supervisors See All”?

That would certainly be great. Though I was looking for what to do right now so I can make it possible. Is there any piece of code I could alter or should I just wait for an update?
