The plugin had a few glitchy things that needed worked out, at to get it to work the way I wanted on my site. But tech support was great and they were on it! With access to the the WP editor, they fixed the issue directly so I didn’t have to. Issues were fixed typically w/in 24 hours, sometimes w/in hours. It was an easy process, directly thru emails.
