Support logging changes in custom fields

    Hey, we noticed, the plugin is logging that a change on a post has occurred, if a custom field was changed. However, it does not contain the change itself in the log.

    As the WordPress revision feature, also does not contain custom fields and their changes, it would be an immense additional value, if the plugin could supply this feature.
