Support Responsiveness Issue

After a plugin update, a problem arose that was reported in the Event Manager support forum.
I received a single reply from MagePeopleTeam one month after the initial report. The reply asked for more information.
It has been six weeks since I have provided the requested information and I have not heard back from them. There appears to be a decline in support responsiveness issue. Hopefully, this is not indicative of what the future support may be like, however if I cannot get my issued solved soon, I will be forced to seek another event management solution.
