Support issue

I am PRO user and created 2 tickets in sensei website dashboard, received confirmation emails – 72 hours passed but no respond. It is an urgent issue, but your support simply ignores created tickets.
Sorry putting this here, but there is no alternative, your twitter is also seems to be dead and not used since 2022.
