    I’ve used the premium paid version of this plugin for two years now on two websites. I love the way this plugin works. However, after the last update, something in this plugin broke my site…with the Image Gallery activated, scrolling down the page of my site is no longer available…the page is simply frozen. If I deactivate the plugin, it works as it should…so yes…it IS this plugin. I submitted a support ticket two days ago…marked it as urgent. I’m still waiting.

    I guess it’s time to look for a different plugin. I’m seeing several others report on poor tech support also.

    Sorry to hear. Could you please tell ID of your local ticket or please describe what exactly do not work properly after lat update here. We’ll try to help you to fix it.

    Do you have some scroll plugins on page ? Maybe some theme effects ? scroll navigation?

    I thought I had described it quite well. I’ve used this for more than two years. I had not made any changes to my theme, functions, or page setup, but yet after the last update, I could no longer scroll my home page on a phone…the page was frozen. Disabling the plugin worked, but I needed the gallery on other pages. So I reverted to a previous version and until I find another gallery that suits my needs, I’ll simply not update to the current version.

    I did finally get an email from tech support, but a two day response time for an urgent support ticket is not adequate. I will be looking for another plugin.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
