Support is Terrible — Even on Pro Version

Sigh. I almost never leave reviews, but I’ve had such a hard time with this plug-in and the “support”, that I can’t help myself.

The Good.
Some of the widgets are great (when they work) — and there used to be some cool ways you could manipulate them into doing some fancy multi-step stuff with forms and pricing sliders.

The Bad.
That all went away with the latest Elementor updates. Piotnet released their own updates to keep pace and it’s been a disaster. Those fancy multi-step forms and the conditional logic simply don’t work anymore. They added random field contingencies that make little-to-no-sense and render the logic useless. It’s been painful.

The Ugly.
SUPPORT. Terrible. I’ve had an open ticket for 6 weeks now with no resolution or update. There were originally check-in’s every other day where they’d ask me to be patient… but I don’t even get that now. Just radio silence, despite doing everything possible to help move it along on my end. I’m even on the paid version — I’d hate to see what the free support it like.

I’ve since had to investigate and find a new workaround since Piotnet has no interest in helping me solve the issue they created. If you have even moderately complicated use-cases, stay away.
