Support is terrible -Blocked for no reason

  • I almost never buy premium plugins that aren’t on CodeCanon/envatomarket but I almost bought their fb media uploader cause it looks really good and it would be useful to my users

    -but I’m SOO glad I never did. I’m using this WP version of their plugins now and I’m getting an error (probably not their fault cause it’s sounding like its my hosts fault) but anywho I came here for support and it says that they only offer support on their site so I joined their site and within 2 minutes of registering my account got Blocked by them. I have no idea what I could have possibly done wrong and is says to contact the admins for help but there is literally no way to contact them at all when you go to their profile or search around the site. They’ve literally blocked all ways that I can contact them. So even i I had paid $60 for the fb add-on I’d have no ways of contacting them for support if I had a problem. I’m very glad I never wasted my money on them like the poor other people leaving reviews here.

    Just another reason to only buy plugins on code canon.

    We never block user on our community forum. In fact sometime it take time to auto approve the post.

    Users who purchased our products, they can directly create a support ticket on our premium channel or from rtMedia -> Settings -> Support form.

    Regarding issue you mentioned in that topic, its related to /tmp/ folder permission.
